If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with JoMo, please return it to us within 14 days and we will refund the purchase price. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. We'll pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our mistake. Please allow 2-3 weeks to receive your refund.
By clicking on the "Submit Order" button on the Shopping Cart Credit Card page, you are agreeing to the terms of our returns policy.
How to Return Your Item:
You MUST email our Customer Service Department customerservice@jomo.com Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM PST, for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Write the Return Material Authorization (RMA) number on the outside of the package below the return address:

IMPORTANT: Returns without an RMA number marked on the return package will not be processed. We are not responsible for product sent back without authorization.
Please include packing slip or a note including your original order number, name, address, and phone number.
Please use the original packaging (if possible) and completely remove or cover the original shipping label.
Seal the package securely with tape. Print our return address clearly on the outside of your package.
Send your return package back using the shipper of your choice. Keep a copy of your original shipping receipt until the credit for your return appears on your credit card statement. JoMo strongly recommends that you use a traceable method such as UPS or FedEx for return shipment in order to ensure and track the return of your merchandise. JoMo is not responsible if your shipment is lost in return transit.
Purchases will only be credited to the account used to make the purchase.
It takes approximately 2-3 weeks for us to receive and process your return. We'll credit or refund the value of the item and any taxes you were charged (excluding delivery charges). Adjustments to credit cards should appear within two billing cycles.

Delivery and Processing
Ground Shipping
All orders placed by 11:59 p.m. MST can be processed the following business day and can ship out to arrive within 7 business days. Shipping dates are automatically calculated based on desired arrival date and recipient's shipping address.
UPS Ground shipping delivery dates can't be guaranteed, only estimated. Depending on the day of the week you place your order, you can usually expect to receive your order in 3-7 business days.
Shipping information
JoMo ships all packages via UPS. We can ship to Alaksa and Hawaii with an additional shipping charge. Please email us at sales@jomo.com for a quote. Overseas orders should contact us at sales@jomo.com for additional shipping charges.
We cannot ship to P.O boxes, APO's or FPO's as UPS requires a numerical street address for all deliveries.
UPS delivers on Monday through Friday.
UPS delivers from 9:00 AM until 8:00 PM. Typically they will deliver to businesses first, and then to residential
addresses.
Residential addresses typically do not require a signature. HOWEVER, if there is no one there to accept the package, and the UPS driver does not feel comfortable leaving it for ANY reason, s/he is required NOT to leave the package. UPS will make three delivery attempts before returning the package to JoMo. UPS will leave a note on the door following each delivery attempt. Please be sure to include the apartment number if you are sending to an apartment building.
Business addresses do require a signature, but not necessarily from the recipient whose name is on the box. Anyone in the building is able to sign for the package. Please be sure to include the company name and floor/suite number if you are sending to an office building.
Once your JoMo has been shipped out, you will receive a confirmation e-mail to track your package.
